The Rivendell Council is comprised of the following appointed people:

We meet weekly in a public room in IRC: #Rivendell-Council (irc.stratics.com).  The meeting time is set for Sundays at 9:00pm EST, but is subject to change as needed.  We will try to keep the meeting times as consistent as possible, and post changes to meeting times accordingly.  If there are issues that need to be discussed aside from banning issues, please post them in the Town Hall prior to the weekly meeting.  The meeting minutes will be formatted and posted for all to see.  The Rivendell Council reserves the right to update the laws as we see fit.  Any change to the laws will be posted for all to see.  The spirit of the laws will not be over-ruled by any technicalities or loopholes.  All Rivendell Council decisions are final unless overturned by the Rivendell Council at a later time.
